Pack 801's Spring Overnight will take place at the Adler Planetarium in Chicago on March 2-3, 2012. Don't miss your chance to spend a night at the museum! At an Adler Astro-Overnight, you can dream of landing on the Moon, exploring the surface of Mars, and shooting past asteroids. The program offers exclusive programming that can only be seen and done during an Astro-Overnight. Educators will lead you through your Solar System adventure with hands-on activities, a special Grainger Sky Theater show and award-winning exhibits. Light snacks, continental breakfast and two sky shows are included.

Winterall is an annual day of Fox Valley District-wide competition and outdoor fun for Scouts, leaders, and parents. It is a series of scored events designed to promote teamwork and test scouting skills. Cub Scout dens and Boy Scout patrols will compete against boys their own age from throughout the district. Ribbons are awarded at the closing ceremony to the first, second, and third place finishers in each age group. Sign-in starts at 8:00, with the opening ceremony at 9:00.

We've got all the information you need for this year's Pinewood Derby right here! Derby Week takes place January 23-28, 2012, culminating in the Pinewood Derby itself on Saturday from 10:00am - 2:00pm.

At the monthly gathering of all Scouts in Pack 801, we’ll have our annual Popcorn Awards and Holiday Program! The Pack Meeting will be at Bell-Graham on Tuesday, December 13, at 7:00pm.

At November's Pack Meeting on Tuesday, we will be conducting our first-ever Raingutter Regatta!

We will be following the rules supplied with each kit – a copy is attached here. All boats must be made from the official BSA Raingutter Regatta kits. On every boat, the hull, mast, keel, rudder and sail provided in the kit must be used in the boat construction. No other form of propulsion besides the sail is allowed. The students, faculty, and staff of Bell-Graham will be honoring our Veterans this Thursday, November 10 with an assembly and music program at 1:45pm. Pack 801 Scouts will be conducting a formal flag ceremony at the event.
